Mixed Experience Near Seoul Station

The location is convenient. It is connected to the main station by an underground subway.
The room was EXTREMELY small. There was barely enough space to move around, and certainly not enough for luggage. The train noise was constant and disruptive. Sleep was difficult. I expected better soundproofing for the price I paid.

the location was convenient, a short walk to the ktx station. the room had ample storage space. i found the bathroom to be well structured. my overall stay was comfortable due to its proximity to the subway station.
the windows looked to be dirty. the cleanliness in that aspect should improve.

The room featured sufficient space for luggage and movement. It included two comfortable chairs near the window and a work desk with accessible power outlets, a practical aspect. the high floor also gave more privacy.

The staff at the front desk offered quick assistance with directions and local information, which helped navigate the area easily. They were also helpful with baggage storage both before check-in and after check-out. their english proficiency was commendable.

The hotel provides a well-equipped fitness center with treadmills and free weights, awesome for consistent exercise routines. There is also a business center with computers and printers available for guest use, useful for work on the go. the lobby offers comfortable seating.

The hotel has an underground passage from the train station. This felt safe. My room was a nice size and it included a table, fridge, and a view of the city. They have a large breakfast buffet too. The staff was quick to respond.
The room was not very clean with obvious stains on the cabinet. There is no place to put more than one bag other than on the floor. There is a power point on one bedside table but the other side is empty. Windows were dirty.

Super Convenient Location!

I appreciated the WOWPASS machine on the reception floor. It made issuing and charging very simple. The reception staff were polite and helpful, great. The hotel's proximity to the subway station was convenient, and I could access the hotel through the underground passage, though it was a little walk.
The towels felt damp with an unpleasant smell, made me concerned. I wish the hotel addressed the towel quality. The shower also allowed water to easily spill into the sink area, inconvenient during use. The hotel should provide shower caps, as they were not complimentary.

Breakfast offered a very good range of options, it was quite fantastic. The fresh fruit selection was somewhat limited, though. The coffee machine also worked. That was important for my morning routine.

The hotel has a direct underground connection to the train station. This is best. There is no a/c in the lobby, however. The lobby is located on the 19th floor.

The location is convenient to public transport, convenience stores, and food. The hotel is directly connected to the train station. There are many exits, so checking the exact location is important.

My room was spacious and very clean. This was important. I was also given a room in a quiet zone. The room included super comfortable pillows. The bathroom was well-structured!!!

the location was great for transport links. underground access to the ktx station and airport railway was really useful. the hotel also provided a helpful guide with pictures showing how to find it.
the room was very small. there was limited space to put a suitcase. i could also hear trains passing even on a high floor.
